The link above is to a very funny speech. The man who gave the speech was very unrespected and laughed at because of his physical appearance. The speech this man gave was about leadership, and he proved the audience wrong to judge someone by thier appearance. Enjoy the video!

AL PACINO'S SPEECH
Al Pacino is an American actor and director, and the inspirational speech we watched was a segment from the movie that Al Pacino starred in, called "Any Given Day". The video we watched was a speech given by the football team coach ( Al Pacino) to motivate the team to work together, and to rise back to the top.
The Characteristics of Motivational Speakers and Al Pacino
A motivational speaker. It can be
anybody. Anybody of any gender, race, or age. It may be Heidi Hayes Jacob, one
of the pioneers of Curriculum Mapping author of Curriculum 21 about the need to
change schools to become more globally aware and competitiv e in the 21st
century. Or it could be the head of your school’s Student Council. Whatever the
scenario may be, all motivational speakers should have four things in common besides
motivating the audience, the ability to connect through the eyes of the crowd,
having an effective voice, having vast experiences to share, the ability to
establish connections effectively, and most importantly, confidence. Al Pacino,
in the movie Any Given Day, is no
exception.
Al Pachino Motivation Speech in the Movie “Any Given Day”
In the movie “Any Given Day” Al Pachino
plays the coach of a football team. He makes a speech before an important game starts.
This speech is what I think is one of the most team motivating speeches I’ve
ever heard. It included amazing was to
make a speech better than just the sound of just someone talking.
Review of Victor Antonio’s Motivational Speech – Eugene Wong
I think that the fundamental part to keeping an audience interested in what you are speaking about is energy. If the speaker himself doesn’t seem interested in his own speech, how could the audience be? This speech by Victor Antonio, who teaches about business, is the perfect example of it; the speech is jam packed with enthusiasm and spirit. In addition, he uses audience participation very well to his advantage. To top it all up, he has a good sense of humor and uses it to keep the audience entertained.
Victor Antonio Persuasive Speech Review
Victor Antonio is a businessman, founder and CEO of the company Up Sales Influence. Victor gave a speech at the University of Phoenix to the graduating class of 2010. Victor’s message to the audience that day was not to let other people put an influence on our choices, and we should do what we think is right. In my opinion he took too long to get to his point. However, maybe it's a public speaking technique and Victor was just trying to make his speech more memorable so that we would never forget his message.
Victor Antonio"s Motivational Speech at the UOP - Anna Shinn
“Author,
trainer and speaker Victor Antonio is proof that the American dream of success
is alive and well. A poor upbringing from one of the roughest areas of Chicago
didn't stop Victor from earning a B.S. Electrical Engineering, an MBA and
building a 20 year career as a top
sales executive and becoming CEO of a multimillion dollar high-tech
company.”
