This short 4 minute clip is an excerpt from Michael Moore's documentary Bowling for Columbine. The documentary is named after the Columbine shooting, which you can read more about here

The documentary addresses modern day issues like violence in entertainment and gun control (this is an American documentary). The clip shows a young preacher giving a motivational speech warning people of Shock Rock musician Marilyn Manson, who is commonly blamed for the shootings. This is because the the two shooter allegedly listened to his music.
The rest of the video shows Marilyn Manson being interviewed, giving his own opinion on gun control, entertainment and media in general. He approaches the subjects in a surprisingly deep and philosophical manner. I think he is a charismatic intelligent person. I particularly liked his last quote.
