mitt romney's speech

            Mitt romney’s speech is basically about giving back the American dream. The American dream is that every family in America wanted this to be a time when they could get a little ahead, put aside a little more for college, do more for the elderly mom that's now living alone.  Or give a little more to their church or their charity.  Every small business wants to have this be their best year ever, when they could hire more, do more for those who had stuck with them through hard times.  Open a new store, sponsor that little league team. He also says that every graduate should have a job by now and be paying back loans, but it isn’t happening. This is what the Americans expected and voted for. This is what they deserved but it just didn’t happen.

            Romney says the American deserve better because their family depended on them, they worked harder then ever, worked extra hours and didn’t quit. They have a choice now if they vote for Romney, he says he will make their standard of life better. He says that everything is possible like going to the moon, it’s not a matter of is it possible but when as he stated himself. Then Romney tells us about his childhood because he uses it to say that America’s power and goodness is base on goodness of our families, communities and faith.

            He tells the audience that the good days are over like volunteering for school trips or coaching your son’s soccer team. Then he criticizes Obama and how he has disappointed Americans because he wanted to. He also says that Obama has almost no experience at his job. Romney on the other hand says he built a company from scratch and made it into one of the most successful companies in America. He also says that he attacks success so this is why he will make the us economy stronger. Being president is about taking risks, even though that they might fail but it is always about thriving.

            Romney says that the people where better off without Obama in the office, but today is the time to look at the brighter future and restore America. He states that Obama has destroyed the middle class economy, income has fallen by $4000 and more American wake up in poverty then before. He says that Obama will only eliminate more jobs and higher medicine care. Romney however is running so that he can build a better future, better education and more jobs.

            His plans are that by 2020 they will be energy independent, give skills to their citizens so they can find jobs, make trade work for America, ensure that every entrepreneur and every job creator that their investments in America will not vanish, and champion small businesses. Romney unlike Obama will not raise taxes on the middle class and will guarantee freedom. He will also make stronger allies with other countries. If he is elected president his energy and soul will restore America.
